On the ground floor the villa has a spacious kitchen cum living room that serves as a formal lounging area for a family gathering or dinner party for the guests. It opens into a large well maintained garden that again could serve for an informal gathering or a barbeque.

There are a total of four bedrooms, each of which has been furnished with a king size bed, a dresser and a wardrobe. All the bedrooms come equipped with an AC, a ceiling fan and LCD with independent cable for each room.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Guests residing at the Presidential Villas may, upon prior request, avail services of a butler and chauffer for an additional fee.
